North Carolina A&T coach Duane Ross, recently named national men's track and field co-coach of the year, joins DyeStat editor Doug Binder to discuss his team's recent breakthrough performance at the NCAA Division 1 Outdoor Championships at Eugene's Hayward Field. The Aggies' program was the only one to earn a top-four trophy in both the men's and women's competitions and the first to achieve the feat since Georgia and USC both accomplished the double in 2018. Ross is currently in Eugene where he is coaching eight current or former North Carolina A&T athletes in the upcoming U.S. Olympic Team Trials.
